Too Much What do I do when everything is way too much for me and I'm so angry that I'm afraid I'll hurt my friends, I never get this angry, it's driving me nuts, I have always been so calm and sweet, now I'm some bitch that goes with the crowd. What do I do now?

ur growing up and u don't mean to be but mood swings are makin u do that so just try to be nice and if some one is getting on ur nevers just walk away instead of flipen out thats the best thing or talk to ur parents.. ]

try to calm urself down and try not to be bitchy ]

Take some time to let them know whats going on with you. Try to calm down or do things that are more relaxing like spending a day to yourself and listening to music. ]

Wish you'd given more details... I'm going to have to assume (sorry). Here goes nothing...
When I have my... "tantrums" (I never throw myself at the floor and scream bloody hell but... when I have my "moments") I lock myself in my room or I "get away from everyone". Its important to be alone when you're really upset. Two reasons: you may say something you will regret later on since yo didnt think your feelings through. Its easier to be calm when no one is bothering you with "whats wrong?"
If your anger is... abnormal or extremly unusual than... maybe you've always been "implosive" (Did you see that Anger Management movie with Adam Sandlers? ...You were the cashier who got yelled at but didnt do anything about it then goes crazy and kills everyone... You had to see the movie to understand).
Sorry sweetie but it depends on stuff like... how old are you? Naturally puverty brings out hormones. And if you're going throug stressful situations and stuff. Anyway, you may want to think about being alone when you're upset and writing down your feelings (the ones you get in the moment of angr as you get them) and reading them later and evaluating situations. This way you'll uderstand yourself and your angr better and will manage it better next time.

Hey, if u r afraid that u r gunna hurt your friends you should just seperate yourself from them when yor r that angry...have some time to yourself so u ccan just cool off. Another thing that really helps me is exercising. It really builds up your self confidence, endurence, and it is a way to help you get into shape. If your just work out for 30 min a week it makes a difference, beleive me. Hope i helped! ]
