Any Suggestions
What do I do to get a guy to like me and want to ask me out, or be noticed in a innocent way? Also what are some signs of whether a not a guy likes you?

I'm sorry to tell you that you can't really "get" a guy to like you and want to ask you out. You can, however, get him to notice you. The best way to do that is to talk to him.
Bottom line is BE YOURSELF. If the guy can't like you for who you are, then you don't want to be with him. It's much too tiring to keep up an act all the time. So be yourself around him.
If you don't know him already, get to know him! Then if you still want to go out with him after you get to know him...ask him out yourself. It's perfectly societally acceptable for girls to ask guys out nowadays. It IS the 21st century, my dear.
As far as whether he likes you or not...does he flirt with you? Does he turn his body towards you when you two talk, or at any time? Do you ever catch him staring at you? You ever find him trying to get closer to you? Does he stop and talk to you in the halls? Yes to any of these could mean he likes you.

well some signs are how much he looks at you and how he does.. does he talk to you a lot.. is he trying to be around you...well there's no real way besides be youself!!!

if a guy is interestd he will ask you out..well most will depending on the age. if we are talking young teen eh might be shy.
Hang aroung where he hangs around be fun and really interested in what he has to say. Be you..for let me tell you they can tell when you are not. If he likes you he will ask..if not plenty of other guys..well unless again like I said he is super shy..then you might have to ask him.

If you see a guy you like, go up to him and start a conversation. Ask him if he wants to hang out more..get their screen names or phone numbers. And just hang out, and if the guy likes you and youlike him something will eventually happen. A sign that guys like you, they make fun of you (no joke), they touch you a lot..
