You know how you click the arrow on the right side of the address bar, and all the sites you've recently been to show up?? Well how do you clear it? My friend told me how to "Clear the History" on it, but I forget and I forget who told me. But if anyone knows please tell me, thanks!!
rainbowcherrie answered Sunday October 24 2004, 3:17 am: 1) Go onto internet explorer
2) Click on 'Tools'
3) Click internet options
4) Near the end of the box that comes up is a button which says: 'Clear History' Next to that is a box where you can set how many days you want windows to keep visited sites in the history for. Change the number to 0.
5) Finally, just click on the clear history button and away we go!! [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]

And if you go to control H, it'll bring up your history. Like hold down control, and press H. Then you can bring up all the sites, and right click, then hit delete. But what tinkerbell said was MUCH MUCH MUCH FASTER. I just didn't want to repeat. [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]

You know where the File menu is? If you keep looking to the right, you'll see the Tools menu. Open it up and click on Internet Options, all the way at the bottom. A window will pop up. The last option at the bottom is History. Right next to the box where you can put how many days your computer keeps history, there's a Clear History button. Click on it and you're done!
