Weight Hey guys,
When I was in second grade, I got really sick and had to be put in the hospital. Since I wouldn't eat, they gave me streiods. When I got out of the hospital, I wouldn't stop eating and now I am chubby. I want to loose about 10 to 15 pounds and I am just so fed up with my weight! I have been trying to loose for about 3 years but I havn't really been able to stick with really anything. I want to loose some weight as soon as possible. Does anyone know any ways that would be fast and easy? Please help me!! I want to feel beatuiful and confident. I will rate a 10 if someone suggests something good. Please help!!

the easyest thing to do is not eat a lot of fat food dont go to fast food places dont sit and watch t.v or sit at a computer all day take walks mybe go to the gym 2 times a week ]
well what worked for me was drinking a lot of water. it filled up my stoamch and its good for you. that was a big part of it. i dont drink many other things than water. but im sure running would help too. hope i helped any. ]
you can try diet and exersise but because they put you on steriods it going to be harder . you might want to see a nutritionest to help you with a diet for your situation that will leave you feeling full and the meal will still be healthy . ]
First you have to make sure you stick committed to it, like go through magazienes and cut out pictures of ppls bodies taht you want yours to look like, then post them in places where you`ll see them alot, especially in your kitchen so it stops you from eating anything unhealthy. Also, drink TONS AND TONS of water, cuz itll fill you up, but it doesnt become fat. Don't eat after 7, because your digestive system "rests" then and doesnt start up again til the morning, so all that food ujst sits in your stomach all night and becomes fat. ]
Losing weight never really goes quick and easy. I had that problem too and kind of still do! I know you eat alot when your on this but just eat alot of healthier stuff..instead of chips and snacks like that just eat like a salad or soup or something healthy..it took my like 1 or 2 months to lose like 10 pounds..so0o try and stick to it and you'll be fine!
