But if you wanna gain weight go to a gym and make some muscle. Healtyest way i can think of. Sorry i cant give you more advice...

Dymond_N_Starr answered Thursday October 14 2004, 4:41 pm: Eat alot of carbs, that is what they say feed dogs when they lose alot of weight, so start eating bread and potatoes and any things that has carbs. Don't get the carb option things because that is low carbs. But only do it for a little while because you dont want to gain alot or too much weight. Karen answered Thursday October 14 2004, 4:03 pm: Try to eat more portions of what you eat. For example, if you eat a sandwich for lunch, add some snacks for after you are done. Eat healthy but more! By the way, why would you want to gain more weight? Hope I helped :) [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]

MFS answered Thursday October 14 2004, 3:27 pm: I would think going the protien route that a lot of people use when working out would do it... and obviously, I'd suggest working out, too. Others have already pointed out that muscle weighs more than fat - and it also takes up less space (muscles are nice and dense). [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
