Let this guy know that you're into him!Say something like "Ya know I really liked hangin out with you before, and I like you period! We definitely need to hang out!Let's set up a date, and make sure it's a time where BOTH of us can definitely come!!".Just let him know that you're feelin him and you'd really like to hang out again. If he keeps coming up with excuses or last minute cancelations, just straight up ask him "you don't really seem too excited about hangin out with me.what's holdin you back?somethin wrong?".Sorry this isn't much help I know!!Best of luck!!! :) [ ShOrTnSwEeT42094's advice column | Ask ShOrTnSwEeT42094 A Question ]

If he can make time for you as a friend, he will probably be able to make time for you as a girlfriend. Also, have your best friend make sure he isn't cheating on you =O Some guys seem nice, but they aren't, I've seen this happen to too many of my good friends >.>
