Question Posted Wednesday September 29 2004, 1:14 am

I was talking to my ex and he said that my bestfriend "buth" said something about the guy i liked. I think it was something like, "he doesn't like her like that, and they'll never got out!" I don't know what to do. I'm totally lost in waht i should do. Should I ask her if she said something like that or what?

You need to ask her about it, but don't be all mean when you ask her. Just calmly ask her about it and if she says she didn't then don't be all like, "well so and so said you did so im not believing you" if she is your best friend she will tell the truth. Plus you never know your ex can have a thing for you and he might be saying that so you don't like that guy and stuff.

I think that you should talk to your best friend, i mean she is your bestfriend! and if she says no, then shes probably telling the truth. Me and my bf always tell each other if our crushs are liking us! If her crush doesnt like her, i ask him and he says "no" then i will tell her!! But I think your ex might be trying to get back at you like **_Nicole_** said!! Hope i helped!! Rate me! ;) ~!Britt!~

Ask her if she said it. If she says no, either she's lying b/c she wants to save your feelings, or she honestly didnt say it. If she honestly didn't say it, then maybe your ex is trying to get back with you? He probably is!!

I would ask her if she said it just to make sure. And if she says yes then ask her why and if she says no then dont worry about it. Maybe ur ex just said that b.c he wants you back.
