Well, I went vegitarian for about three months and I lost like 10-15 pounds. I don't think that was good or anything so I would just stay away from the chips and fast foods. Eat bananas and apples for snacks and have mixed nuts whenever you have an urge for fatning foods. Good Luck!!

make sure you don't eat too much junk food. I know everybody says that, but hey, its true. whenver you want to buy a snickers at school, RESIST! your body doesn't need it!! make sure to excersize regularly, eat lots of vegetables and fruits, and some meat but not a lot. make sure you drink milk too.

Just be consious of what you are eating. If it is not good for you ask yourself, "why am I eating this?" Don't completly cut your favoirte things out of your diet, just cut back.

Spend a week writting down everything you eat and drink and pay attention to calories. When you see it all laid out, it will help you decide what needs to go.

Did you know that 4 french fries is 100 calories. Just think how many caloires you'd save by eating a small fry rather than a large. It's the simple things like that that make the difference. For me I don't bring pop with me to work, or a handful of peanut m&m's like I use to. That's 500+ calories I saved a day right there!

Eating right means that you cant eat junkfood drink pop or anything thats sweet. Dont eat at night. Set an eating limit.
Like:

1. dont eat before 12 or after 5:30.
2. dont eat junkfood
3. no sweets
4. dont drink pop or juice
5. drink lots of water

Good luck with eating right. It helped me and im still eating right. I drink flavored water all the time and i dont drink pop, i dont eat junkfood, and dont eat sweets.

Well, food isn't the only thing you have to worry about. You also need to consider what you drink. To be healthy, try cutting back on drinks like soda and drink more water.
