I have a problem with not eating right. im afraid that in the future i may gain a lot of wait. I need to go on a small healthy diet. Not to lose weight, but just to eat right. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions on how i should go about this? (link)

WELL.. i was on something like that.. Just dont eat any candy or fatening food but still eat meat (if youre not a vegetarian) and fruits and vegetables.. salads are really good.. and mayb you could go exercise or something like that.. i always play soccer with my friends.. mayb you could find a sport you like and play with ur friends or something.. well i hope i have helped..=)

theres this guy who really likes me n stuff and i think i like him too but one of my best friends really likes him and doesnt want me to go out with him which i can understand cuz she like loves him. but hes always like ur so much hotter than her and ur kooler than her and i like u better n stuff like that so i feel bad and i dont want to hurt my friend so im not gonna go out with him. im making the right decision right?

This is going to be a bit long... bare with me.
I'm a freshman in highschool and we are going on our 3rd-ish week of school. Alot of people say I'm really pretty and I think that I am too. But there are all these guys that keep hitting on me!! One of my new friends, Becky, she likes this guy named Russ and whever I see him he keeps blowing kisses to me. When he first did it I wasn't sure if he was doing it to me, then by the second time I realized he was. I was walking down the hallway to my friend's car so he could drive me home and there was this spanish guy that started talking to me in spanish. I understood some of it because I'm Puerto Rican from head to toe, inside and out, so I understood SOME of what he said because my parents didn't teach me spanish as a first language. He was basically telling me I was beautiful and that he wanted to get with me. I just walked by him and gave him a little smile. See the thing is, I have a boyfriend, I trust him and he trusts me. He goes to a different school so he's not there to witness any of this. Some people from my school know my boyfriend though and they don't like me all that much. They tell him that I'm flirting with all these guys whenever I'm just TALKING to one of my friends! I've told him that too. But I'm afraid that if people keep telling him that then he's going to start to believe it. I mean, if someone tells you so many times that you're girlfriend is flirting with someone else and even if you go and ask her and she denys it, after a while of hearing you're going to start believing it right? My fear is that he might break up with me because of this. I love him so much and I don'to want to lose him. What should I do?... sorry this was so long. (link)

I think that if you guys truly love and trust eachother he would believe you. You should just ignore thos other people because believe it or not they will stop cus theyre gonna get bored.. so just ignore them and tell your boyfriend that theres noone else but him. And give him a cute smile... it helpes.. believe me.. haha well i hope it goes alright

For the past 2 weeks my stomache has been hurting. Its near the top a few inches under my breasts. It becomes a sharp pain and it will last about 10 seconds. Lately it has been coming more frequently and it has be lasting longer. I havent told my Mother yet because she will just say its nerves from moving into college on Sunday as a freshman. I don't think it is though. Has anyone else ever experienced this? (link)

dont worry, its probably cramps. I alwasy get them when im on my period or when im about to start. If it starts hurting really bad just tell your mom and take some advil.

im using to being around my friends. . ever since elementary school .. and now i moved to a different city within 4 miles of my hometown.. so now i have to go to a different high school than everyone else and it really really sucks. i cry at school like everyday.. i really want to go to my other high school, and i could, but my parents wont let me.. ive tried convincing them everyday for like 1 week and a half and its not working .. and i know its not going to.. im thinkin about moving in wit my aunt that lives down in pompano so i can go to the school im happy at but she lives in a sort of ghetto area so im not sure .. but i wouldnt care ... yet i dont want to hurt my moms feelings by just leaving... how can i just GO to the school i want to go to? i always have to move because of my step-dad and ive been to atleast 12 different schools. You should just looka t the bright side, you can make new friends and you only live 4 miles from ur other school so you can still hang out with your other friends.
