hey i know this is kind of a weird question, but, my friend lost 54 lbs by only eating graham crackers and hard boiled eggs for 4 months.i cant do that, so i was wondering, are graham crackers good for you? i hate eggs so i wont eat them...

xtroubleturk69x answered Monday September 20 2004, 6:55 pm: well there are other ways to lose weight then cutting out on food, like i wanted to lose about 6lbs. and during soccer tryouts which lasted a week and we ran like 2 miles every day i lost 4lbs.
XoAlexandra answered Monday September 20 2004, 6:06 pm: yes they are good for you, depending on wat kind... but i dont suggest you do this, b.c your body need different things, not just graham crackers. it needs protein and other things. so can get ill if you do the same thing she does. if you wanna lose weight, eat 3 meals a day, and work out, the meals should be well balanced, and you should work out for maybe 45 mins a day, 3-4 times a week... and you shud lose weight by doing this, maybe not almot tho, b.c you'll be getting muscle, but you'll look great!
