hey i know this is kind of a weird question, but, my friend lost 54 lbs by only eating graham crackers and hard boiled eggs for 4 months.i cant do that, so i was wondering, are graham crackers good for you? i hate eggs so i wont eat them...

There are plenty of other ways to lose weight!!!you can lose more pounds by going on a thing called the points diet.If gives you a certain amount of points u can use and stuff like that.Just find some diets online and you'll find a good one(don't forget to excersice!)!!

i'm not sure if graham crackers are good for you, but i know that diet isn't good for you! you should eat fruits and vegetables and exercise more if you want to lose weight on a more healthy way. but hey if eating graham crackers and eggs work then go for it.

well there are other ways to lose weight then cutting out on food, like i wanted to lose about 6lbs. and during soccer tryouts which lasted a week and we ran like 2 miles every day i lost 4lbs.

umm was she throwing up after she ate that stuff, because its not like they're particularly good for you. they're not bad for you, but like eating an apple would be better.

yes they are good for you, depending on wat kind... but i dont suggest you do this, b.c your body need different things, not just graham crackers. it needs protein and other things. so can get ill if you do the same thing she does. if you wanna lose weight, eat 3 meals a day, and work out, the meals should be well balanced, and you should work out for maybe 45 mins a day, 3-4 times a week... and you shud lose weight by doing this, maybe not almot tho, b.c you'll be getting muscle, but you'll look great!

graham crackers are pretty healthy for u... better than CHIPS! I think u could live off of them for a while... but i would get sick of them. heh. But yea they are good for u.
