I sometimes get pimples around my mouth. Just little ones but they annoy the hell out of me and are ugly. Do you know of any good products that would help?

liddylflirtx3 answered Monday September 20 2004, 4:11 pm: Try using Clearisil Acne Medication - Vanishing Cream. It comes in a little tube...just put a little on each zit a few times a day and they'll dry up and go away! =)
Also, you might keep getting these annoying pimples because your hands/fingers are always near your mouth. Try not touching your face and you should be pimple-free!
butterflychick440 answered Monday September 20 2004, 3:50 pm: Are you sure that they are pimples and not cold sores or heat rashes? they could be. and if not, then i would ask your doctor what would be best. or you could use phisoderm. That is a pretty good brand its what I use and after the first couple of uses i saw results. [ butterflychick440's advice column | Ask butterflychick440 A Question ]
