best friend
I have a best friend. He is going to be 18 and im only 15 and 1/2. I fell madly in love with him but my parents say hes too old for me. So no one knows I love him as more then a friend. I dont know if i should tell him, he might not return the feeling. even if he does return the feeling, theres my parents. so should i not tell anyone?

i was 17 and dated a 14 year old, though not for too long. anyways what do parents know of love? they think it comes with age, it doesnt. jsut go for it and hide it from your parents.

K well firstly im in the same vote as you!...my guy is leavin afta first semester...you really have to tell someone, because you dont want anyone finding out...trust me i went through it...someone will find out and then you are busted....so yuor best bet is to tell someone...hope i helped

You should def tell him... yeah he may not return those feelings... but ur not gonna knO unless u tell him... dont worry bout ur parents... once ur 18 ( which will come sooner than u think ) they cant do anything about it

Somebody is never too old or too young for you. Your parents can't necessarily control who you're in love with. I would say that you tell him that you've liked him for awhile and say that you just thought he had to know. If he doesn't return the feeling then it's ok, at least you tried and now he knows how you feel about him so this problem won't come up in the future. If he returns the feeling though, you should talk to your parents about how much you like him and that age doesn't matter. If they don't listen then you could consider seeing him without your parents knowing or saying you're just seeing his in the friendly way. Hope I helped! I was in tha same exact position. I told tha guy how I felt n he told me he loved me too. I never told my parents about it, n we kinda kept it a secret from people. I would just say I was going out with my friends when I would really go n hang out with him. Try telling him how you feel, dont worry about other people. Hunny whatever you feel about someone if you like them or hate them or even in your case love them don't tell your friends! And please don't be mad but i do think your to young for him. But that is what i think. If you love him then tell him. But ONLY him because if you tell someone else and they might change things around and make up stuff! Beleive me your best of friends will do that to you. Follow your heart and make the right decision!
