weight =\ i want to loose 4-up pounds in about 9 days. I really just want a flatter stomach but still wanna loose some punds. What can i do? Need all the help i can get. (Usally rate HIGH)

Try watching how much you're eating and get some exercise. However, be warned: you will not get washboard abs in nine days. I exercise five or six days a week for over an hour each day and I'm still not perfect.
The fastest way to drop some pounds is to try and watch carbs for awhile - what tends to work is eating pretty much no carbs for two meals a day and then have a high-carb meal for the third one. It'll power an active lifestyle, but help you lose a little weight. Suggested low-carb meals are scrambled eggs, chef salad, etc.
Over the long term, however, your best bet is to get plenty of exercise and eat well (eat your fruits and veggies too!) ]
stop eating and do tons of sit ups. basically. thats all you can do to loose that amount of weight in such a short time. run too. ]
hey!!! u should go on the special k diet...its lyk a cereal ya kno "special k"....well theres this plan you can go on and you eat it 2 times a day and you do it for two weeks and u can loose 6 pounds or more. but lyk you have to use SKIM MILK...yea its pretty gross and so is special k but i dunno if u wanna try it then you shoiuld if ur lyk desperate... ]

YOU COULD EAT HEALTHER FOOD BUT WHEN YOU LOSE YOUR FOUR POUNDS DONT GO BACK TO JUST JUNK FOOD CUZ THEN YOU WILL GAIN IT ALL BACK.....EXERCISE MORE YOU COULD RUN...JOG...OR JUST WALK AROUND YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD.....AND IF YOU HAVE A TRAMPOLINE IN YOUR BACKYARD YOU COULD JUMP ON THAT AND SWIMMING HELPS TO.....WELL HOPED I HELP

if you want a flater stomach you should do sit-ups or crunches it will help ]
hey u could try to eat better and excersize more, don't go on one of those dinky diets tho!!

Hey, 4 lbs in 9 days might be a little much..but if you work hard and eat right you could reach your goal around that time period. Doing lots of crunches for 9 days really should give you noticable results on your stomach. Do about 100 a day (or more if you like) but dont do so much that you hurt yourself or pull a muscle! Eat plenty of veggies and fruits, watch the carbs (im sure you know all this ) and i think you`ll be fine! Besides crunches other excersising would be great:
-running/walking
-bball with friends
-tennis
-softball
-swimming
-soccer
try those or any sport! It will keep you active and busy. You`ll see great results. Good luck hope i helped :)

well..the best way to stay in shape is to RUN~ alot! run on the treadmill or go run on the road..start out little..with a mile..then work your way up! be sure to time your first mile to!
try this system!
1st day-stretch, pushups, situps, 1 mile jog<timed!
2nd say-stretch, pushups, situps, crunches, 2 mile jog
3rd day-stretch, pushups, situps, crunches, shannons, jumping jacks, 3 mile jog//fast walk!
4th day-stretch, 1 mile jog
on the 4th day time yourself aswell..to see how much youve improved! it works out very well!
