hey yall. if i do 32 sit ups 32 squats eat fruit and veggies um..i dont eat lunch when i start school i hardly eat breakfast. but anyways and i use a bike thingie were u just sit and pedal haha and walk everynite after dinner and i excersize after every meal how long would it take to lose 100 pounds? also what else can i do to lose weight? thanks so much i love you guys lol.

well actually if u keep sikipping meals then it will slow ur metabolisum and make u gain weightin the long run. here r sum tips:
dont have many carbs..eat fruits SEPERATE from meals cuz if u eat fruits with ur meal then it turns wht u eat into suger, dont use butter or anything with candyy or chocolate,. but u seem to be doing well just keep eating good healthy foods like brocoli and non fat yogurt*** and u will loose 100 pounds in like 10 months...sounds like a lot but its worth it. and run ALL THE TIME!!! thats the best way to do it!!!

If you lost an average of 2 pounds a week [[ I'm pretty sure that's the "recommended" amount or whatever ]], it'll take you just under a year to lose 1OO lbs.

First of all... Skipping meals can actually cause you to gain weight. Dont skip meals!! Just eat healthy, and excersize daily... And it shouldnt take too long! GivE up snack foods and soda and u'll be ok! Good luck. [H][U][G][S] ~Summer ]
haha ummm a while!!!! if you want to lose weight really fast, drink 4 galsses of water each day and cut alot of the carbs and sugars in your foods!!! ]
Well first of all... to be heathly... you need to eat something EVERY morning, lunch, and night everyday! it isnt good for you to not eat! Also.. i think your doing a great job by doing all those sit up, eat fruit and veggies, and go walking! Keep it up! I think you hav a good chance in using 100 pounds maybe in about a month or 2! Dont get carried away though. If you do what you just told me then thats pretty good. I dont really kno anythin else you could do to lose weight.. i think you should just lower ur junk food eating and all the REALLY fatty foods. Keep up what your doing now!
