Lots of celebrities do benifits for organizations and charities. Try looking up your favorite celebrity and see what charities they're into. Sometimes you can meet important people at benefits like this. x)

I don't know...I really don't. Go to a concert if they're a singer and pray that they sign autographs at the end...or go to a movie premiere if you can...
I just recently met one of my all time singers...Gavin Degraw (sings the theme song to one tree hill) and dude it was so surreal...I really hope you get to meet your favorite celebrity...good luck with that...=)

If your favorite celebrity is a musician, you could go to their concert and then go backstage to meet them but it would cost more money to get backstage passes. Also, you could go to a meet and greet for your celebrity. If your favorite celebrity is an actor or actress, it would be hard to meet them. Hope I helped :)

Depends who it is really. e only way to meet a celebrity the easy was is to go to an autograph signing, or pay a load of money for back stage passes. Or you can just live in LA and visit all the major shopping streets. Robinson Boulavard, Beverly Hill, Melrose place, Rodeo Drive Ect. So take you pick.
