Maybe youre not used to exercising so the muscles werent used to the workout and made your stomach muscles hurt..or maybe you got muscle cramps..or maybe you were working out your stomach too while doing the jumping jacks by lifting your arms up and down which stretch our your stomach muslces!!

hope i helped!!

If it was a stabbing pain just under your ribs,it was a cramp.

I've never had no problems doing jumping jacks. It's prolly nothing but if it keeps happening and it really bothers you get it checked out by a doctor. I hope your ok.

well, at school we do jumping jacks and somtimes my stomach hurts. It's natural. Either you did too many that day or you are just tired. Try not doing jumping jacks for a day and see if thats the problem! hope i could help!!!

Did you stretch before doing jumping jacks? Or maybe you didn't digest the food you had in your stomach? Hope I helped :)
