well you should get a schedule with a rest period in it so that you don't over stress your muscles. i'd just run a mile every day except sunday, and do anywhere from 75-300 situps/crunches every day except sunday. it doesn't need to be sunday that you rest, but one day that is the same every week. after a week or two, you should start to run longer, maybe two miles, and do more situps. you don't need to diet, but do try to watch what you eat. try to stay away from stuff that you can't stop eating, like for example once i have a few lays original chips, i go through the whole bag. make sure that while exercising you get AS MUCH WATER AS YOU CAN, because you will become dehydrated especially if it is hot out. if you do get dehydrated to the point where you are not feeling right (dizzy, nauseus) stop and get water in you immediately because you do NOT want to get heat stroke or heat exhaustion.

oh and one more thing, once the 2.5 weeks are up, you shouldn't stop exercising. i assume that you want to tone yourself for school, which is good. but if you don't keep exercising you will put on what you lost. hope i helped

Drink lots of water and cut out the empty calories (soda, chips...). Do lunges and cruches like mad. Also try leg lifts, lie on your back lift your legs slightly off the floor, and hold them there, or lift them slowly as high as you can, then very slowly back down.

maybe sign up for some pilates classes, my mom teaches them and that sounds exactly like what pilates targets. If not, work on doing sit ups, and for the top of your legs they have this thing called a "fitness circle" check for it online its a round metal circle thing you put between your legs and squeeze. If you cant find it i suggest you use an dodge ball and just put it between you legs and squeeze and relax and squeeze and relax. Keep doing it youll feel the burn lol. PS do those every day twice and im sure your see results.

I run around the local park 2 times.. look at me. You can do that, eat only 3 meals a day and make sure its healthy(not junk food)try all sorts of excersises. Do sit ups before bed and push ups when you wake up. Tell me if it happens, ok? good luck!
