Dark Poems
I'm really into writing Dark Poems, REALLY dark poems. But the weird thing is, I'm a REALLY happy person who leads a good life with a loving family and lots of friends. o.o; I don't have any depression or anything and I'm not going through Teen Angst. Is something wrong with me? o___O;

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. What it sounds to me like you're doing, is getting through any built up depression (under the surface)- through your poems. This might result in you being so happy.
Just remember to keep doing what you love to do. Never let anyone tell you differently

nope! nothing is wrong with you. it seems like your maybe just trying to connect with maybe the darker side inside you that doesn't come out and people can't really see it. it's great that you write poems to release your feelings! do you think i could ever read one? =)

Sweetie I'm just like that! I write very dark poems b/c thats what just comes to me! =) I'm also a very happy person! When people tell you to write what you know, they apparently have never wrote before! The best writters in the world, write about things they have only researched or just made up! maybe since your always so happy you try to make the dark poems bring you down since theres nothing around you that makes you angry or upset..i think the poems are a good way to get that out..but dont dwell on them..stay a happy person people like that

haha. I don't believe anything is wrong with you. Dark poems are exremely profound and expressive... in many ways. I like reading and writing them as well, and I don't have much problems. There's nothing wrong with liking sinister poems at all, hun. :] Have fun, kiddo.

Hey somebody's gotta do it. Somebody's gotta be the next Stephen King,who alledgedly is so scary,he sometimes scares himself when he writes. There's nothing wrong with you,unless you start to want to do the things in your poems.

No, if you know you are a happy person, you are fine. This is just what you are interested in and like to write about. It probably is a topic that makes you think, so you like to write about it. Hope I helped...maybe you could show me something you've written. I'd love to hear it :P

Not at all! We are all into different things. You dont have to be depressed to like dark poems. Some people who are very "proper" are like wildcats in bed for example.lol Or so i hear

Nope! i feel the same way sometimes! i find it really cool, on how other ppl could/can feel! its also a good way for it not to happen.. and if it does you can always look on your poems and see how u feel in the writing! =)
