Question Posted Saturday August 7 2004, 2:20 am

Does anyone know anything that would be a good morning workout for me to do at least every other day to get my body awake and ready for the rest of the day?

they say that running wakes you up and gets you ready for anything. i do it, it works... it also gets you feeling fit for the rest of the day.

1) lean down and touch your toes 2)lean down and touch your left foot, between your feet, and then your right foot. do that twice. 3) try jumping jacks after that it will usually wake you up pretty well
