Okay I am in love with this guy. We are friends but he doesn't know I like him. He is a year older than me but in the grade behind me.. ya not the smartest person and he is coming to my school next year. So, he thinks i'm hot but he doesn't like me. But I really like him do you know any way I could tell him and keep our friendship the way it is like not change it and do you know anyway i could maybe make him like me a little bit more
awwshucks25 answered Saturday August 7 2004, 2:39 am: well i think you do need to talk to him about it because you cant just let things like that go. if you like sombody, tell them! and you shouldnt do anything to make him like you. he needs to like you for who you are and not who you are trying to be. if hes just interested in you because your hot, then he needs a reality check or you need to open up a little bit more! gOoD LuCk! Well, if you want to break the news to him, I suggest not springing it on him, guys hate the, "Surprise I'm in love with you." thing. Trust me, we hate it. You gotta ask him questions, prepare him for it, ask him, "Do you ever think we could be more than friends?" That's a good way to start the conversation, if he asks you why, then he's interested. That's when you give him the "I have a little confession..." speech. My advice? Make sure you do it, when its just the two of you hanging out together, he won't like being cornered, and you will make him feel that way if you ask him in public. That's the number one wrong move I've seen people make. I hope this has helped you in some way. Good luck, I'm rooting for you.
