im working on getting a better stomache i want a six pack.im 13 female. does anyone no any good site showing excercises for that which actually work. and wats better for it crunches or full sit ups?

If you don't know what it is, follow these steps. 1) lay on your back 2) stick your legs in the air 3) use your elbows to raise your pelvis 4) make sure you support your pelvis with your stomach muscles 5) kick legs in a circular motion as if you were riding a bicycle. These can be hard to do, but you will feel the burn, and you will be on your way to a great six pack. Hope this has helped. Good luck. I'm rooting for ya.

1. Hang from a tree with palms facing forward...
2. Using your AB's bring your knees as high into your chest as you can six times!
And I think sit ups work, umm sitting up like when you life ur head up a lil and like ur body kinda shakes that works to, I have abs and do that and just running alot! And make sure you eat the right nutrition!
