alchoal, nail polish remover, soap, water, use a sponge tho not like a wash clothe..it makes your skin ..hurt and dry and u might get a rash!

Plain old rubbing alcohol.
That stuff will get pen off legs and arms and hands, and wherever else you managed to get it. It also takes permanent marker off of other surfaces. You have to work a little, but it still comes off.
I figured this out after losing a fight with some bright colored sharpies...>.<
