I am a flyer on a cheerleading squad for the school.They make me twist out of mounts and i always get so nervous.I was dropped from a mount once and was rushed to the hospital and i got a concussion.How do i get confidence and feel confertable doing it? (link)

Sometimes you just have to tell your bases what you want or what you need to be stable or more comfortorable in the air. Make sure as soon as your going up that you stay tight the whole way as do you do them more they well get way easier.

Don't get jeleous...if you think your ugly which i am sure your not at all do stuff that makes you feel more pretty like wear a flattering color or wear makeup or w.e ..your only as pretty as you make yourself out to be!

me 2!!! if your still in highschool take honors english and lots of creative writing classes. make sure your degree is in communications when you get to college and go to your local newspaper and tell them your interested in writing..they will help you lots too!

I think all you like to do is goof around a little bit. Your only bi if you have feelings for other girls. You could also be a tom boy. You seemed worried about it soo I have a feeling your not. You just have your own way to express yourself and you style and theres nothing wrong with that!

If you wear makeup try to wear as little makeup as possible! Only time you need to pop it is when it has pus in it. Also just really wash your face good!
