This Happens when ur sweat controlling nerves work more than they are supposed... And when u sweat like this theres nothing deodarant or antiperspirants can do... What you can do is go to the Dermatologist and they can inject botox in in ur underarms... that'll fix ur problem... however this only lasts for a year... so its needs to be done every year... Another choice u have is a Sympathectomy... This is a surgical procedure where the surgeons will cut the nerves in ur under arms so they dont send the messege to your sweat glands to work more than they should... this procedure has sum short term side effects which are costly so talk to a doctor and find out whats best for you... what u can do in the meantime is use underarm pads which can be sewn into ur clothes... u can find them at fabric stores... queenbee answered Thursday August 5 2004, 8:12 am: There is a anti-perspirant for excessive perspiration called CERTAIN-DRI, you do not need a prescription but you usually cannot buy it right off the shelves. Your local pharmacists can help you find it or tell you where it is sold. It is a little more expensive than regular anti-perspirants but it pretty much stops you from the whole sweaty armpit problem. One bottle lasts a long time and you put it on at night before you go to bed. It is very strong so if you have sensitive skin it may burn a little bit at first but once your skin gets used to it that will go away. It works fantastic! It also helps to be thing as well. But you have to remember that some people just naturally sweat more than others. [ kevin1986's advice column | Ask kevin1986 A Question ]
xHeartxOfxGoldx answered Thursday August 5 2004, 1:19 am: Well.. you should try Anti-Perspirent-Deodorant. That could be why.. it can always because by gland problems or puberty. Don't worry everyone goes through the arm-pit stain stage. Its part of growing up. But if it gets bad where your using the anti perspirent and you still sweat alot.. then i say.. see a doctor. he can prescribe meds and other things that can help control the problem. Extra sweating can also be caused by change in eating and sleeping habits.. so if those have changed then that could also be why.
