all you have to do it get up and eat breakfast, if uve heard the saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day whoever sayd that is beyond true. if u dont eat breakfast you will gain wait. also if u do start losing wait by eating healthy and exsersising dont get worried if u gain wait before you lose it bacause before you lose wait you gain wait because your body feeds off you muscles before your fat. that all i got to say talk to u later. ]

eat healthy n work out as much as posible alose add some running in 2 dat...will help...u might not lose 20 pounds but u'll lose 15 :))) at least xoxo effy ]
you probably wont be able too but RUN RUN RUN! like 20 minutes STRAIGHT dont stop a day maybe even twice a day! work ur lil booty off!!!! ]
