Yes, you can... it depends on whether or not you, and your guy want to. If your guy loves you, or is just really horny, then he shouldn't care whether or not your on your period.
I've had this conversation with other females. When your on your period it's usually the time when most females are "in heat"... Meaning, it's usually the time when females are horniest. So, if your a guy, do your girl a favor, and fuck her on her period. Maybe she'll thank you. And... if your a girl... don't be a prude and think about sex on your period as being "gross". Try thinking about the pleasures of sex instead of things that might sound gross to talk about.
