Ok..volleyballl tryouts are almost over and the first day was really hard. Our coach yells alot and if we drop a ball without goin after or something we run or do pushups. But shes still a good coach. Well i take alot of things personally. I feel like its all my fault. also im super nervous wen i get out there and mess up. Wat should i do? HELP
Hello180 answered Wednesday July 28 2004, 8:07 pm: Coaches are all like this. It's their job to push you hard so that you get better. They plan on you messing up and also want you to be nervous. Try listening to music before, something just to calm you down a little so your more focused. [ Hello180's advice column | Ask Hello180 A Question ]

xOaminemOx answered Wednesday July 28 2004, 7:55 pm: Don't worry so much. Sports should be fun, not stressful. If she yells or makes people do pushups, dont feel like its all your fault. Other people will screw up too, its no ones fault. Just have fun, do your best and try to relax.

You'll be just fine hunnie!!!! [ ShOrTnSwEeT42094's advice column | Ask ShOrTnSwEeT42094 A Question ]
