dont take these things personal cuz its not. she just wants you to do better and to become a better player. doing pushups and running after droping the ball is only to make you stronger and to help you not drop the ball again. try to relax when your out there. jus concentrate on what you have to do. its ok to mess up.
good luck wit try outs

Coaches are all like this. It's their job to push you hard so that you get better. They plan on you messing up and also want you to be nervous. Try listening to music before, something just to calm you down a little so your more focused.

Don't worry so much. Sports should be fun, not stressful. If she yells or makes people do pushups, dont feel like its all your fault. Other people will screw up too, its no ones fault. Just have fun, do your best and try to relax.

I'm the same way sometimes!I tend to take things personally and get all upset over nothing!!Just know that sure, you'll make some mistakes sometimes, everyone does!Even professional sports players can tell you about off days they've had!!Remember it's not personal,it really isn't!As for your nerves, just try and spend a little chill time before a game or practice.Just keep repeating to yourself in your head "I can do this, and even if I make a mistake it's ok!I'm good at this!" You'll be just fine hunnie!!!!

Stop stressing out. It is just a game. If you take it to serious, you will get all nervous and mess up. just relax.
