Cody is EXACTLY right about the body fat thing, and unless you buy the good cellulite cream, it doesnt work.. you have to excersice all around to loose it, its free, and fun if you do it with a friend!

my mom has this stuff called cellulift massage gel, and i guess by what she says it works pretty good. if you get avon it is in there for shure. if you dont get avon, then i think wal-mart or k-mart will have it. i'm sure you would rather pick the gel over expensive surgary.

**please rate!!**

Cody answered Saturday July 24 2004, 7:50 pm:
heres the thing.....people are commonly under the misconception that if your butt is fat then you can work out your but muscle to reduce fat, or that if you have somewhat of a gut then you can work out your abs to lose that as well....etc. etc. This is in no way true at all, by doing excercises and such in that area will only strangthen that muscle and possibly make it look more defined(but not if fat covers the definition). So my advice is to rather than work out muscles, just work out period. So think about maybee taking a walk each day or a light jog or any type of physical excercise will burn calories and hopefully reduce fat in your body.....(and whats the worst you can get out of excercising??? be in shape??good cardio-vascular??....any way you look at it excercise will benefit you in many ways)
