help plz! whats the quickest...easiest way to lose a few pounds? i am only 14...so i cant go to the gym or any thing...plz help!

try running a couple miles a day and doing 200-300 crunches a day to work out your abs. it should help.

just eat fruits and vegtables. and flavored rice cakes(they aren't that bad) and exercise regularly. like ride your bike as far as you can. walk instead of going in a car

The "easiest" way to do it is to consume fewer calories (eat HEALTHY!) and get an hour of exercise everyday. Thats pretty much the only way to loose weight, decrese calories you eat and increase the calories you burn. ]
eat healthy foods and do crunches and go for runs and stuff like that! hope i helped
