I had the same problem. except for I had just broke up with my boyfriend and this was his best friend. I kinda lead him on which was way wrong and hurt him really bad. He almost killed himself. Well all you can really do is be a friend to him. If you have already told him that you dont like him like that then thats pretty much all you can do. I probably didnt help you much but GOOD LUCK!
