Walking works wonders. Just 30 mins a day can make a big difference, even if its just a stroll. I lost about 30lbs just from walking.
Also, watch what you eat. Drink lots of water, steer clear of tea, coffee and soda, and eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Good Luck :)

- Buy some short exercise tapes
- Use the stairs instead of the elevator
- Walk places instead of driving // getting a ride when it's possible
- Drink plenty of water
- Try to cut back on soda
- Cut back on greasy // fast foods
- Try to do some crunchies // jumping jacks // whatever you want when you have a few minutes to spare
- Take a quick jog every morning

well i do 100-300 crunches a day. it helps a lot. u can also do push ups and try running or walking instead of getting a ride to places that u could just walk to. -Jessica

There are these exercise bands that you can get and put in your purse. They are portable and fit into a purse or backpack. I know Brookstone and the Discovery Channel had them. You could check at Wal-mart. They provide a little resistance and can help fill the gaps for when you can do a really intense workout.

Work out before you go to bed and walk more places rather then getting a ride-trix

If im out somewhere where they have stairs, I take those instead of the elevator<< yes sounds dumb. ORRRRRRR like if you go to a store, instead of looking for the closest spot, park really far away for more exercise

What you can do is when you have time off, you can pop an excersize tape in your VCR or you can join a gym and work out there. Or in the morning you jog outside or you can do situps, or even something you are good at.
Please rate me!!

Well...if you go to Wal-Mart or something, they have little Videos. Maybe you could do like a 30 minute workout at home. Or just do some reg sit up, start running, and drink water. Hope I helped! Good luck on that! <3
