you can just start talking about you and him like what it would be like if you to were to getther and if he is like a dorky brother that is the best thing so start talking about ou and him and see what he says and if he is just joking then forget him but take the chance nothing is going to be wrong

Actually..its possible that he may like you. Just be a tad foreword, anbd say things like "So and So told me she thinks we look cute together" and see what his reaction is like. It should work..if it doesnt...try hangin out at the mall with a couple people, then lessen the number of people each time until its just you two, and see how it goes. Good luck!
