I have been doing crunches regularly for a while now and I only see little results of a six pack. Do you know of any other ways I can get a six pack a little bit quicker?

SeXyLaCi_XoX answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 1:37 pm: I don't know about getting a six pack quicker. I asked a question like this a few months back. My answer was to run to lose the fat thats over the muscle. Even if you dont have rolls you still will have a small layer of fat covering the muscles. So running helps that. Also, situps work the lower part of your stomache. I heard crunched mostly do the top part under the breasts.

jbdreamer answered Thursday July 15 2004, 1:35 pm: If you do the same routine all the time, your body will get use to it. Change up your routine. Do them slower or faster one week. Push yourself and do more reps, and then less the next time. Also twist your body left or right when doing sit-ups to work your sides. As someone suggested, Pilates works great. tina answered Thursday July 15 2004, 1:31 pm: there is this thing called the jack nife and its like a crunch but u also lift ur legs at the same time so it gets ur lower tummy 2 and it has faster results for more reststance do it at the edge of ur bed
