Six pack

I have been doing crunches regularly for a while now and I only see little results of a six pack. Do you know of any other ways I can get a six pack a little bit quicker?

I don't know about getting a six pack quicker. I asked a question like this a few months back. My answer was to run to lose the fat thats over the muscle. Even if you dont have rolls you still will have a small layer of fat covering the muscles. So running helps that. Also, situps work the lower part of your stomache. I heard crunched mostly do the top part under the breasts.

It may sound corny but hula hoops work the stomach muscles ALOT. you should try it.

Go to a park where they have monkey bars or sumthing hang upside down and do 20 the get down and do 20 grround then keep switching!! If you have a pool hang off the side works too!! x0x0 Kay

hi i have a 6 pack what i did was the thing every day 4 3 weeks it was hard 2 begin with but it was a piece of pis at the 3 week so what u do is jog 5 miles a day 300 chin ups 500 press ups and 500 situps

If you do the same routine all the time, your body will get use to it. Change up your routine. Do them slower or faster one week. Push yourself and do more reps, and then less the next time. Also twist your body left or right when doing sit-ups to work your sides. As someone suggested, Pilates works great. All the excersice focuse on using your bodys center "powerhouse", your stomach.

there is this thing called the jack nife and its like a crunch but u also lift ur legs at the same time so it gets ur lower tummy 2 and it has faster results for more reststance do it at the edge of ur bed

Pilates works great. I do it. It's pretty easy, and it's a short workout. They sell Pilates tapes in lots of places, like Wal Mart and Best Buy.
