hvae you asked around your neighborhood? thtas how I found work, or work found me. don't worry, lawnmowing isn't neccesarry. And if your neighborhood sucks, go to www.teens4hire.com and see what they have. its also a good idea to search on the web in general. b ut if you do decide to work in your neighborhood, its best to work for older people who are nice, they are more sincere. i hope i helped!

IN order to have a job you ahve to be 16 years old... if you really need a job try babysitting... it pays well fr me... but inorder to have an actually regular job wiht a paying salary, you need a work permit which you can only get once u turn 16 ]
Yea they most likely wont take 14 year olds at places such as those. But, they may take you as a shopping cart person, or as another small job like that. Thing is, the only way to know for sure is to go in, ask for the manager and ask how young they hire.
You definitely won't be allowed to work at the bank. ]
I think you have to be 16 for Blockbuster, and Walgreen's Pharmacy??? I doubt they'd let a kid fool around with others medication, but I don't know this for sure.. just assuming. It may be a good idea to try a thirft store. I'm sorrie I can't be of much help. I know how you feel though, I'd like to have a job, and I've even done some job hunting. I recently found out I'm moving across country, so I just gave up. However, if you DO find a job, please tell me!! I'd like one too. I wish you the best of luck!! ]
Stores dont let u work untill ur 16
becuse thats wen u can qualify furr ur workin papers
u could babysit
lawnmow
or be a consler in training at a summa camp (u wont get paid thought until ur 16)
hope this helps ]
I do know that where I'm from Thriftway grocery stores hire at 14!!! ]
i'm 16, and it's hard enough for me to get a job. they want you to first have experience, which is hard to do at your age. so just right now, focus on babysitting, and things like that. you can put that on your application for experience until your 16 and have a work permit. plus, when getting paid at jobs like snowball stands, and babysitting, they don't take out taxes from your paycheck.
blockbuster hires 18+
walgreens hires 18+
bank of america, probably 18+
and the others i have no idea about. ]
Wel most grocery stores will hire 14-year-olds but all you can do is bag groceries and carries carts in and out. Blockbust you have to be 16 at, bank of america i think you have to be eighteen (i think!) I know you said you don't wanna work at a restraunt but that's another place that you could get hired at. Not all but some restraunts will let you wipe tables off and seat ppl at the age of 14. ]
