Step Team
Hey. I really want to join the step team for my middle school, but I don't know how to step. I don't know if they will teach you how to step or if you already have to know it. Please give me advice because I really need your help! thanx.

They are diffrent it all depends on where you live i suggest getting a phone book and look for the classes in there and dont be worried you'll do gr8

Why dont you try asking the local "step" teacher if they could terach you after school or something.

Well call the school and see if they teach you how to and then if they do go for it and if they dont try to find out if there are lessons elsewhere and you could be in both-trix

stepping is great! u will get a hang of it really quick! its ok its worth it even if u look dumb doing it..who cares what people think? its fun

Dont be scared, ask somebody. Dont let yourself stop you from doing something you really want to do. Join and see what happens, if it doesn't work out... What have you got to lose??

I would get into some dance classes, and then they have to choreograph a dance so thats somewhat like teaching them how to step. If you don't want to get into the dance classes then I would just go for the step team.

hi, well my friend wanted to join the step team i dunno how ppl in middel school do it but in high school u have to preform for them...like u have to make up a dance...n preform...n if they like the way u dance...n if u know how to dance n stuff n they like ur style then they will keep u..n they will teach u how to step n stuff...:) hope i helped xoxo effy

Well at my middle school they taught how to step and then they had tryouts... thats usually what they do for all things you tryout for... just go for it, if you dont make it you always have the next year

i know in my school, they teach you how! step is about rythm and moving on signals, and if you can keep an 8 count and remember moves than you should be ok! most schools will teach you, so just try out! you have nothing to lose, and youd get to learn to step! good luck!
