okay so ive liked this boy for the longest time every since the beginin of the year ive liked him on and off again. so then when the summer came we were talkin and hanging out and stuff and he grew to like me back so we made plans that we were gonna hook up one day when we were both free. so i was all lookin forward to this day. well i just talked to him online and he told me that he didn't mean to hurt me when he says this but "i really like this other gurl and she is the only one for me right now but we can still b friends" well wtf! PLAYER!! god i cried! i mean i knoe im not supposed to cry over boys but i mean this one really hurt my feeling i didnt kno wut to tell him but i was just trying to be nice about the whole thing saying "i hope everything works out" and just letting it go! did i do the right thing? or was i supposed to tell him how much it hurt me? or was i supposed to play it cool and act like i didn't care? or wut do i do now? please help me asap!

I would have done the same thing, just tell him "hope everyhthing works out" i wouldnt have told him i was crushed by that. And really the only thing you can do now is move on. and let it go.

im soo sorry! but dont say ur not suppossed 2 cry over boyz..boyz will hurt u and its ok to cry b/c a lot of ppl do. I think u did the riqht thing by being nice but if ur still really upset nd u cant stop thinkinq about him u miqht want to try talkinq to him about how u feel.

It sounds to me like the guy already knew that you liked him so he probably figured that it would hurt you already. i wouldn't nessesarly tell the guy that it hurt you soo much because if he still goes with the other girl you might be kinda embarassed. maybe you shouldn't have said i hope everything works out though, because he probably thinks he did nothing wrong & you're okay with the whole thing. And about the crying thing, im sure that almost every girl has cried about a guy at least once in their life, so there's nothing wrong with that. But if he relizes that it was the wrong choice after he starts going out with this girl, and wants you back, it's up to you if you're going to let him because if you do it once, chances are you'll do it again. I think maybe you should move on and find a guy that is more reliable and that you'll like just as much and that will like you back. I know its hard to move on, but sometimes you just have to.. who know's if you keep thinking about this guy you might miss out on the right guy for you. good luck hun!
