hi i need some advice or help on smoking it is a topic i have to write about at work can you help?

oh, there's tons of stuff about smoking. are you talking about marijuana? cocaine? or just nicotine?
lemme see.... after a year of smoking a pack a day, you have 1 quart of tar in your lungs, not to mention really stained teeth.
you can get luekoplakia (sp?) and it's this white fungus stuff that grows in your bronchial tubes and your gums...
there's over 2000 chemicals in every cigarette (arsenic, nicotine, and a whole bunch more)
the filtered cigarettes don't help very much, and they don't help secondhand smokers at all.

a cigarette is a death stick. it will kill you. the more you suck on it the more you die every time. you dont just kill yourself, but you kill others around you. second hand smoke kills 50,000 people a year. i also heard that kicking the cigarette is harder to kick coke. if you want more info go to:

u can go to websites like ask jeeves and put info on smoking. something that you want to put in your report. like the risks or addictions.

What do need to cover? The physical addiction? Chemical addiction? The dangers of smoking? Stats on cancer risk? Emphysema? Athsma? Tobacco company marketing habits? Genetic manipulation of tobacco crops to increase nicotine content? There's a lot of things that one could cover with such a general topic.
