Hey, im 5'6" and weigh about 119 lbs. Is that skinny, average, or what? I look more chubbier than people with the SAME height AND weight as me. Also -- ive tried eatting healthy, stop drinking soda, and running, but i cant seem to get rid of my love handles around my sides and lower back. Its so emabrassing AND obvious through my shirts..if you've gotten rid of yours, how did you do it? Thanks

I know sit ups will help alot! If you also do sit ups to the sides it should help with the love handles. Keep working out and eating good and eventually you'll see results!! I'm trying to get rid of my chub in my tummy area and Ive been running, eating better, and doing situps and I saw a difference in like a week!!! hey,well dude thats not fat at all..its just baby fat alot of ppl have loose fat around hips and arms and legs and sides and stuff that just adds extra weight to what u already way so just eat healthy maybe jog or run about 3 laps maybe and go walkin everyday and do exersizes allll wayz works to alot of ppl i know!!! dont worry it will work it out just perfect..hope this advice works good luck!!

At 5'6 119,you sound quite attractive to me,but you also didnt say how old you were. this may just be baby fat that'll go away and often times girls tend to overexaggerate. im sure youre very pretty. ]
5'6...119lbs is perfect! Don't worry about your weight! I'm sure you are pretty just the way you are. So just eat healthy and stay away from junk foods. Also I heard on TV walking is more effective then running. So just walk a good 30 min a day. Good luck! ]
You could trY to look at some exercises that specialize in the area You want to fix...You could do sit uPs to make Your stomach tighter for examPle...hoPe I helPed... ]
LOVE HANDLES SUCK! TRUST ME, i got em too! haha Youve got a good start on being healthy by running and stuff though! Dont forget to do like sit ups and stuff. when i saw this ?, i did a search on love handles cuz i was intrested...it actaully said that sit ups and stuff dont really help, and neither do the ab machines. THe best way to lose them is a low-fat diet, combined with a cardio excercise! But OBVIOUSLY you dont need to be on a diet, so maybe just conciouslly think if you really need something if its very fattening, but otherwise just keep up with the running and good luck girl!
