hey~
i'm 12 and weigh 155 i don't look fat AT ALL but i don't get a lot of boyfriends and i have a chubby face. at the end of my 6th grade year i weighed 160 but i started running and biking every day and lost 5 lbs. but i want to get down to at least 130i still have till august 17 any suggestions i need help i want to look HoT!!

u can try cutting wat u eat in half and tht might help u lose some weither and keep u fit and u can run every day about 2 miles or work out more often if u have anymore question s baout that feel free to ask me my sisters a personal trainer hope i helped please rate me ]
Stick to what you are doing! Since it had already proved it is working. Make sure you eat healthy and stay away from junk foods. Only eat when you are hungry and don't over eat. ]
Stick to your exercise routine, since it's proven to be quite successful, and now you have more time to devote to it.
Also make sure you eat right. You're supposed to eat five meals a day (three square meals, two snacks) and keep the portions small. ]
you're 12, and you're still carrying baby fat...i was the same way- and then you just hit soemthing and you slim down and get taller...things will work out- just have a healthy diet, and keep excercising [don't overdo it though]...everyone is different..and i'm sure you're still hot in your own way...don't try too hard to impress other people because trying too hard is very noticeable and is a turn off..to most- good luck, hope i helped =]

My advice:
You don't need boyfriends or to look "hot" when you're only 12/13 years old. Wait until you're older, when things like that matter to shallow guys.

I bet u look beautiful anyways! All i would say is stick to your excercise routine! Its so easy to give up, but if you stick with it it can only make you look better! Plus you should chage it up a little bit. like dont just run and bike...you should be lifting weights too! You could also get some of the excercise dvds, you can do anything from pilates to yoga of taebo to just the old fashion dancing/excercise ones! They all get your heart going! Plus just change your eating habits a little bit, like cut out the chips or the extra candy bars and stuff like that and u will notice a difference!!! GOOD LUCK GIRL!

hi...well when i was yr age i've been there...n what helped me go down was i didnt eat that much...usually i ate healthy food like for ex: salad...etc. dont eat junk food at all n the key is to exercise...add a lil running or walkin to that n u'll b fine :) xoxxo effy
