lilangelshan08 answered Tuesday July 20 2004, 11:18 am: that happened to me when i first started my period, my mom told me that it's ok, she said that it is most likely because i haven't gotten into a steady monthly cycle. you'll be ok

blackmamba answered Monday July 12 2004, 3:25 am: okay, you aren't regular for about 2 years after you get it. i used to get mine twice a month for 8 days each, so consider yourself lucky. if it really bothers you though, you should see a gynecologist ( and don't worry about that - totally not even as bad as you think- promise) and they can help regulate you with birth contol or check for any problems. Cammie answered Saturday July 3 2004, 11:33 am: DON'T WORRY. Irregular periods is just fine. For some, periods take a few years to become regular. I had that when I started my period, and after about...8 months I started to become regular. So don't worry, it's just the way your body's acting. Hope I helped!
xoxkellyxo answered Saturday July 3 2004, 11:00 am: Hey...something could seriously be wrong because I had the same thing happen to me before.I missed 2 of my periods before too.I had a serious medical condition so if i were u i would go get it looked at by a doctor. L0VELLE answered Saturday July 3 2004, 10:14 am: no, you're completely normal because periods don't become "regular" for most people until after the first year or so of having your period...there really isn't a definition to being "regular" since it's different for every person, as long as your own period stays on its own schedule, you should be fine- i know people who don't get it for 4-5 months at a time and the doctor said it was normal because they are still following a regular schedule, just a different one from other people...if you get really worried, check with the doctor...i doubt its something big though =]good luck
