I think I eat too much food. I'm kinda overweight and I always find myself eating even when I'm not hungry! I know I shouldnt but i just love the taste of food! what to do?

Try to keep yourself away from the kitchen,the food court at the mall et cetera.I'm not saying starve yourself.But only eat when your hungry.And eat regular sized portions.And remeber it's not about the way you look it's about how you feel! ]
All you have to do to burn off those pesky pounds is each night after you eat do maybe 200-300 situps or run everyday..and if you just dont want to eat as much..then set a limit to how much you eat a day..drink A LOT of water and if you do eat a lot..eat healthy! eat some fruits and veggies and sum grains and sum dairy products! thats kinda how i am..i mean i eat..but when i do i try my best to just eat healthy! but don*t go on any scary diets where you starve youself! *hope i helped!* <3/Dakota

Keep yourself busy! Yes, that is a good solution, I tend so eat a whole bunch of stuff even when I'm not hungry. And in the middle of that I stop and think "what? I'm not even hungry". So yea, try to do sumthn and if you do eat, try to make it healthy. Not getting much junk food when you go shopping might help out. It kinda helped me out. ]
Well, whenever people eat a lot, even when they are not hungry, they are just bored. So get up and do something. Drink water. If you drink water, it will fill you up. ]
Put a rubberband on your wrist and when u catch yourself trying to eat when your not hungry snap the rubber band really hard on your wrist. You can also drink lots of water and chew gum instead :) ]
I have this problem sometimes when I'm just craving something sweet. I think you are just bored and eating gives you something to do. Try getting into activities and keeping yourself from getting bored! and remmeber only to eat when your hungry :) ]
