I hate when people tease other people. Well school is suppose to be fun, so when they start to do that, just ignore them. Don't tell them off or anything because then they'll continue to tease you, thats what they want is for you to yell at them. All you can do is walk away and ignore them because after awhile they'll get the hint you dont care anymore! And you know what look on the bright side when school is done, you'll be doing something with your life, they won't be because all they did throughout high school was make fun of people!
XxSmileyChickxX answered Wednesday June 30 2004, 12:39 am: Just ignore the people who call you names and tease. If you tell them off they will keep on bothering you because they know you hate it. So just ignore. And the people who tease you are probably jealous over something you have or something you do. So I think you will be able to deal with the name calling.

endilwen answered Tuesday June 29 2004, 12:27 pm: Dealing with name calling is something that most kids go through. I did when I was at school, and my tactic was to ignore it. Seriously, if you hold your head up high, and just blank the people who call you names, they WILL get bored and stop it. I know its difficult not to let it get to you, so maybe you could listen to music between classes/when walking into school so you don't hear them at all, or walk with a big group of people; it's more difficult to single out someone when they're surrounded by others.
Please, enjoy yourself at school. I finished high school two years ago, and have just done 2 years of studying for A levels. Trust me, and others, when they say that school is the best time of your life - even if it doesn't seem like it right now, when you leave and look back on it, the good memories stick with you, and the cowardly losers who call people names disappear.
xo_dream answered Monday June 28 2004, 1:25 pm: Ahw, I'm sorry about the name calling + such .. some people are so immature. Just ignore it and don't let it get to you, and most people will stop after a bit. Other than that, make the most out of the three years you have left. High school goes by SO fast [[ you don't realize it at the time, but, yeah, now when i look back, it does NOT seem like the summer before my freshman year was three years ago ]]. But anyways, try to make the most out of your time in high school, and I hope the name calling stops!
cutie4you answered Monday June 28 2004, 1:07 pm: that is really childish that people are name calling.. but i wont lie it probably wont go away! i get made fun of for being short all the time! i even hit a growth spurt and am average height but it still hasn't died down! the fact is your real friends wont hurt your feelings and you should ignore people who are being rude like that! i know its tuff but i would say to just laugh it off.. and if its the same diss over and over tell me and i will help you think of a comeback! one of my friends was called a prep everyday and I thot of something that ended up getting him laughed at in front of the whole class!!! so hope i helped!! good luck hun!
DreAmBoi_FaL answered Monday June 28 2004, 12:58 pm: Yea I'd have to agree with Heather. High School does go by fast and you do want to enjoy the good times as much as possible. I thought I was still a freshman last year, but I'm going to be a Junior next school year. You shouldn't really have a prob with name calling, I found that somewhat uncommon compared to middle school. Just ignore those who do it, they're just bein childish. Just try to have fun and high school will fly by. ^_^ [ DreAmBoi_FaL's advice column | Ask DreAmBoi_FaL A Question ]
Redheadedgal answered Monday June 28 2004, 12:35 pm: Just like Hannah said, your high school years will fly by. It seems like forever when you are in school and then at the end it's like where did it go. Graduation really opens your eyees. It's a sad world when people in high school are still acting like elementary kids. You have to find the strength inside yourself to ignore those immature people. Surround yourself with people who like you for you and enjoy your high school years and just realize you are not stooping down to their level. Good luck :) [ Redheadedgal's advice column | Ask Redheadedgal A Question ]
GoDdeSsOfEveRyThInG answered Monday June 28 2004, 12:33 pm: Name calling is really immature, especially for high schoolers! I would try and ignore it and dont let it bother you. Dont worry because school will be over before you know it and if you tried to make it go by as fast as possible, you will miss all the fun stuff high school is all about! Good luck!! =)
