There is this drug called "wet". People say it is made up embalming fluid, which is used for dead people or whatever.. I read that it is made with embalming fluid and PCP. My question is then: What exactly is embalming fluid made of? And what exactly is PCP made of?
P.S. I don't do it. But I want to let someone know how many messed up things that can get put into thier body.

It stuns me that there are people that damned stupid out there.
PCP is nasty stuff. Had I my great-big-book-of-drugs handy, I'd quote it for you, as it gives information on pharmacokinetics, metabolic pathways, and, more importantly, activity. In this case, the specific details of how PCP can really fuck someone up.
I believe another post here already gave a pretty good breakdown of embalming fluid - the nastiest component of that being the formaldehyde... nasty, nasty stuff. Inhaling its fumes can be highly toxic. I cannot recall offhand if it is carcinogenic.
EDIT:
PCP is made of carbon atoms, some hydrogen, one nitrogen, and one chlorine. Its full name is Phencyclidine Hydrochloride.
"PCP was introduced as a dissociative anesthetic for animals. Its close structural relative ketamine is still so employed. The drug produces a sense of intoxication; there are hallucinogenic experienecs, not unlike those produced by the antichoingergic hallucinogens, and often amnesia.
The drug affects many systems including these of NE, DA, and 5-HT. It has been proposed that PCP (and certain other psuchotomimetics) produce a unique pattern of activation of ventral tegumental area dopaminergic neurons. It reportedly also blocks N-methyl aspartate-regulated ion channels by binding in the ion channel. Additionally, thre are sites in the brain, designated as u-opioid receptors, to which the agent binds. Phencyclidine itself appears to be the main ative agent (i.s., it acts mainly per se) producing its many CNS {Central Nervous System} effects." - Wilson and Gisvold's Textbook of Organic Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry, 9th Edition. xo_dream answered Monday June 28 2004, 3:07 am: Yeah, it's actually cigarettes or joints dipped in embalming fluid with PCP usually mixed in, and it's really dangerous. It can cause people to go into a coma *THE FiRST TiME THEY TRY iT*. It can also cause seizures and a number of other not-so-great things.
Embalming fluid = formaldehyde, methanol, ethyl alcohol [[ as well as several other things, but I don't know what ]]
I'm not sure exactly what goes into making PCP, but it's a bunch of chemicals + stuff.
