FernGully answered Monday June 21 2004, 1:05 pm: Are you crazy? 100lbs isn't perfect by any means. If anything its TOO skinny. You're perfect just how you are. 130 sounds like a much better weight than 100.
vallygurl answered Monday June 21 2004, 10:42 am: You are your own person. If God wanted us all to look the same we would all have the perfect body and big ! But he likes us to be different!
^ think about that!
You could start to run.. do a sport i play basketball and volleyball and i am in pretty good shape! I am not saying that this will make u skinny i a few days or skinny at all It might take a year! But it will help!
Hope You Acheive! [ vallygurl's advice column | Ask vallygurl A Question ]
Magdelen answered Monday June 21 2004, 5:56 am: From what you've told me it sounds like you have a serious image problem. Being 5'6 and 100 pounds is VERY unhealthy. You should be 100 pounds if your about 4'8. 130 sounds just right. If not a bit underweight. [ Magdelen's advice column | Ask Magdelen A Question ]
XxSurferLovexX answered Monday June 21 2004, 4:22 am: you dont need to loose any weight if you are 2/3, if you really feel you need to loose weight, the best thing would be to do sit-ups, crunches, etc. And remember that muscle ways 4 times more than fat [ XxSurferLovexX's advice column | Ask XxSurferLovexX A Question ]
