Siren_Cytherea answered Monday June 21 2004, 11:58 pm: 100 lbs is not healthy for someone who's 5'5" or 6". I'm 5'3.5" and I weigh 115. I weighed 100 when I was 5'2".
Since you do all that excercise, a lot of your weight is probably muscle. So don't worry about losing weight so much. To lose your tummy, do partial curl ups and other crunches. Partial curl ups are like situps, but no one's holding your feet down. You curl up just to get your shoulderblades off the floor, then go back down.
You don't have to look like a stick. That's not healthy. So don't worry about it. Good luck!

Courtney answered Monday June 21 2004, 8:37 pm: You aren't fat. You are chubby . Your body is still growing and it needs all the nutrients and vitamins it can get such as the chubby fat on your stomach . But don't let this peace of information slide by because, you still need to be careful about what you intake and the amount of foods you intake a day prehaps : food you intake every hour . No need to get serious though . You could do some crunches, situps, yoga, or pilates . Its all up to you . [ Courtney's advice column | Ask Courtney A Question ]

Magdelen answered Monday June 21 2004, 5:43 am: Don't be rediculous- You're two inches taller than I am and ten pounds lighter and I look fine in a bathing suit. BUT I understand where your coming from- my stomach is my most dissapointing feature too. Honestly- try doing some crunches in the morning and before you go to bed if it bothers you that much. But I think your image of yourself might be askew because all of oyur friends are so tiny. [ Magdelen's advice column | Ask Magdelen A Question ]
