It's not a good idea to just starte eating whatever is in sight. Start by eating things with more carbs and protein. Eat lots of fruit because it has natural sugar.

I'm actually doing the same thing myself, our problem is that although we eat like horses, our metabolism is incredibly fast. Which means that no matter what we eat, it moves through our body faster than a lot of other people and therefore fats and calories and carbohydrates arent completely absorbed into the body as it is with people with a slower metabolism.

If you really need to put on weight, I'd suggest trying to put it on in the form of muscle instead of just fat, because then you'll be unhappy with a few pockets of fat in selected places.

You can easily build muscle in your legs by running, and that won't decrease your body weight a lot because muscle weighs more than fat.

Eat at McDonalds. I love their food, but if you don't like fast foods then I would advise you to just stick to a diet of deep fried, sugared goods for a while. Just make sure you don't give yourself a heart attack eating so much deep fried stuff...

Heh
I have that problem...my friends joke that I could eat a cake and lose five pounds. Um...Eating more probably won't do it. Sounds like you have a fast metabolism. I don't know if you can put on much more weight while still being healthy. The only healthy weight you could add, I think, is muscle mass. That's what I did, but it wasn't intentional...I just kind of ended up with muscle. 'Cause muscle weighs more than fat. =) Good luck beefing up, lol!
