im 14 years old and im really skinny. im 4 11 and weigh only 79 lbs. im not happy about my weight. im going to high school and i want to fit into a size 2 or 3. i eat alot but i just dont gain weight. what should i do to gain weight.

Howday. Well, you're not in too bad of a situation. I'm sure there are tons of girls out there wishing that they had problems being too skinny!!! But yeah, I understand why you want to put some meat on yourself. First of all, DON'T just eat a ton of candy and junk to gain weight. That's really bad for you. Instead, try adding about 600 extra calories into your day. If you eat a few handfuls of pistachios ((or some other kind of nut you like)), then that's 500 calories. Add a banana in there (100 cal.), and you've reached your 600 extra cal. quota. Also start working out some to add some muscle weight. You'll be fine in high school. Love yourself for who you are. ....AND IT'S GOOD TO BE TINY!!! ]
eating a lot of fatty foods is not good...eat some but not a lot...eat a lot of complex carbs like breads grains and pasta and rice and stuff..and also lift weights that will help u gain muscle and that makes u bigger in a good way!!:] ]

u have a fast matabalism so eat alot more bread than usaual. do u excercise alot u need 2 slow it down. so eat alil less so that ur matabalism can't work as fast i'm not sayin starve ur self but less exercise and alil less eating should do it ]
Don't worry about it. Buy what fits you, and be happy to be thin. So many would kill to be that thin, and you probably won't be so thin forever. ]
Sometiems you're just born light. I know I am, and sometimes it makes you feel uncomfortable being so small around people who aren't. I know the feeling exactly. However, I don't think there's any need for you to gain weight. Talk to your mom/dad, or to a doctor. If nothing is WRONG, then there is no need for you to gain weight. I felt uncomfortable about my weight earlier this year, but nothing was wrong, I was just born small. There wasn't anything I could do about it. You just have to respect the fact that everyone is different, and that no matter who you are, you're someone special. My, that sounded corny. Sorry. Hope it helps. ]
lol maybe..u can tell ur mom to buy u sour cream and onion chips..and eat the HOLE bag at night right b4 u go to sleep..lol u will definalty gain 5 pounds..lol everytime i do it happens to me! and wow ur realli short and skinny..eat MORE and dun exercise! w/b and tell me if u already did that ]
hey. well dont wry u haev enough time to grow. when i got out of middle school i couldnt even fit in to a 00 and after the summer i was already a 1. dont wry about it u have enough time to grow! dont go over too muhc on the eating u never know one day u might gain too muhc. and i bet u dont want that. hope i helped. ]
hey girl!!! its okay that you're tiny!! you have ALOT of time to grow so its not something to worry about!! yes it is a BIT small, but like i said..you have alot of time!! just eat healthy and stuff like that...maybe exercise if you dont already?? but if you havent grown much by the tiem ur 16-17..see a doctor!! ]
If you are 14 then maybe you will grow to be a little bigger but for now just eat but not a lot because that is unhealthy. Another reason why you may be like this is because you might have a slow matabilism. Dont worrie and if you are worried go to a doctors. ]
