You're not overwheight at all, sweetheart. - Just because you see models on the television, doesn't mean it's the "right" way to look. It's not beautiful and it is sure not healthy. Live your life to the fullest no matter how you look. Don't try to conform to society's ideal idea of weight, you're beautiful how you are!

No that's not bad at all. No one person is perfect, so we have nothing to compare bodies too. It's ok to be self- consious about your body, but accept what you have. You can work out if you want to tone up, but don't worry your still growing and developing!

don't worry about it. go ask your gym teacher if they have the fat tester. it's this thingie you hold, type in some stats, and it tells you how much body fat you have. you do this complicated equation (i dunno it but the teachers would) and you can see how overweight you are or how under weight. your weight doens't really matter. it's how much weight you SHOULDN'T have. just eat right if you want to lose weight! and work out regularly! play a sport!

I cannot stress this enough to young people...Everyone is beatiful in there own way. Don't put so much thought into the "am I overweight, underweight, to tall, to short, to big chested to flat chested" ahh the list goes on and on. To many teen girls seem to care more about this then there schoolwork, family or anything else for that matter. God made you just the way you were supposed to be.

That's very normal...
Plus, weight doesn't matter that much..
It's how much round there is per pound :P
Plus, you'll start growing a LOT very soon, and you'll use up much of your excess fat doing so.
Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat.
And also, if you can tell the kind of body type you're becoming, (top-skinny/pear-shaped, curvy/hourglass, boyish thin, or whatever) you'll be better off, as you'll know what you have to excercise to have it looking the best it can.

Honey, you do not need to lose weight. You're eleven? When I was eleven, I was a little under 5' and weighed 125 pounds. I was overweight. You're fine. You have a lot of growing to do yet, and your body will use the so-called "baby fat" to allow you to stretch out and get taller and bigger in a lot of areas. If you're too skinny, you don't have anything to use to grow. You're absolutely fine the way you are. So relax and don't worry so much!

Well.... me being 14 and 120 pounds and i'm about 5'7 I say that your normal for your age but if your really worried I would go your doctor and ask him.
Trust me i was doing this a coule of years ago and I weighed a lot more than I do now but in the last year I have lost about 10-20 pounds. And its not because I went on a diet either I just thined out. Now I'm not saying that your going to thin out to jsut because I did because alot of people don't thin out they stay the same or they get ---bigger---.

My advice to you is don't worry so much about your weight right now because you "almost" 12 and you have alot of growing to do.
because when i was 12 I was the shortest in my dance class and then some how now I'm the tallest.

good ways to lose weight? i personaly don't think you need a advice in this but I will answer the question all the way.
excerizing like going for a walk, eating right like in stead of chips for a snack go for a yogert and just go for more healthier ways to eat. If you really need to lose weight than dong this should do the trick!

anyways hope I answered your question to your likeing!
