Well it is true that gurls like guys to make the first move because it shows that you singled her out and not just kinda just sat there. I would say get to know her. What I always do when I have a crush on a guy I always get to know them and become friends with him. I would say DO NOT come right out and say I like you or some sort of thing. because I have a friend that does that and when you do that you don't give the person a chance to think and so they will run. ( not literly) so just relaxe and just be friends and later tell her.

It's true, girls DO like it when guys make the first move. Flirt a bit, show your affection towards her. BUT! don't go strait forward into the situation where you say "I like you! ^^" that's a big no-no. This girl will not only think that you're a total flake, but if she had any interest in you then it might just be totally thrown out the window. IF you want to know if she likes you then start making some moves. Ask around and see if her friends know anything about what she thinks. Eh.. that's as much advice as I can give you. Well, the most honest answer you're gonna get is if you sit down and talk to her about how you feel. Otherwise, I'm gonna need a little more information. Does she flirt with you? Does she look over at you when she thinks you aren't looking her way? Does she like spending time with you? These are usually good indicators that someone likes you, but like i said, the best way is to sit her down and talk to her.

Simple. I am a girl, and girls LOVE it when they feel loved. Tell her. If you are really nice to her, and talk to her alot, she'll start to like you. Really. Just do NOT be rude or uncourteous.
