I think he's afraid to say yes or no. Maybe he's torn, or likes another girl more and is afraid he'll never get another chance with her. Or maybe he likes you, but he doesn't want to be your boyfriend. Or he doesn't like you at all but doesnt want to hurt your feelings. Man I could list possibilities forever.. No. Don't you run away from home. Its stupid. What does your mom do thats so incredibly horrible and torturing that you must flee? Are you running because mom is a little strict? There are millions of children out there, homeless and parentless. Do you think that once they got a mother, and she didn't listen, they would run away from their home and food and love because she didn't LISTEN?! No! What will you eat? Where will you sleep? Who could you trust out there in the great wild world, without someone there to care, to love you? Don't run. Your mother loves you, I'm sure she does if all you can say about her is "she doesn't listen".

Simple. I am a girl, and girls LOVE it when they feel loved. Tell her. If you are really nice to her, and talk to her alot, she'll start to like you. Really. Just do NOT be rude or uncourteous. Then you will have no chance with her, ever. Ask this gal out! Do it do it. Best advice I can give to this kind of situation.
PS: If she says no, its either cuz she's not allowed/she has a boyfriend/shes afraid to say yes.
